1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Wvve, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Service Description
Wvve provides cruise discovery, comparison, and referral experiences. We are not a travel agency, carrier, or booking operator for all listed offerings, and final booking terms, pricing, and availability are controlled by third-party providers.
3. Accounts and Security
You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. You must provide accurate account information and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Services, including by attempting unauthorized access, scraping or data extraction beyond permitted use, interfering with service operations, violating law, or submitting harmful code or content.
5. Affiliate Relationships and Sponsored Content
Wvve may display sponsored placements and may participate in affiliate programs, including CJ.com (CJ Affiliate) and other networks. We may earn commissions when users click eligible links or complete transactions with affiliate partners.
6. Third-Party Websites and Bookings
When you leave Wvve for partner sites, your interactions are governed by those third parties’ terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party content, offers, booking fulfillment, cancellations, disputes, or customer service provided by partner sites.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and features within Wvve are owned by Wvve or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Services for personal, lawful purposes.
8. Disclaimers
Wvve is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or that all pricing, itineraries, and third-party offers are complete or current at all times.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wvve shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from or related to your use of the Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Wvve and its affiliates harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of rights of any third party.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to the service at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the United States and the state where Wvve is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
13. Dispute Resolution
Before filing a claim, you agree to contact us and attempt an informal resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, either party may pursue remedies in a court of competent jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires an alternative process.
14. Class Action Waiver
To the extent permitted by law, claims must be brought on an individual basis and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, consolidated, or representative action.
15. Force Majeure
Wvve is not liable for delay or failure to perform due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, infrastructure failures, labor disputes, natural disasters, governmental actions, or acts of war.
16. Assignment and Transfer
You may not assign or transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
17. Entire Agreement and Severability
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms incorporated by reference, form the entire agreement between you and Wvve regarding the Services. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
18. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
